Job Title: HR Specialist II

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15 – 3:15 (Core Hours) (Full Time)

System setup, configuration, and migration.
-
Lead and support the project-wide training efforts.
-
Design and provide training to users using remote technologies and in person as needed.
-
Establish and maintain system routing rules.
-
Create and maintain system process workflow, policies, and procedures.
-
Identify and manage system roles, responsibilities and controls.
-
Monitor and manage the successful completion of the daily interfaces and file transfers.
-
Ensure a high level of system availability.
-
Configure tests and implements system releases updates documentation as needed.
-
Maintain system tables.
-
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries.
-
Oversee the design, organization, and use of the shared reporting library.
-
Maintain strict confidentiality of system and associated records and tests regularly.
-
Perform regular system monitoring and maintenance activities
-
Responds to and tracks user requests for assistance (help desk tickets, phone, email).
-
Troubleshoots researches and resolves system issues. Escalates when necessary.
-
Participate in regular status meetings with the vendor.
-
Participate in User Group conferences and meetings as required.
-
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance activities.
-
Manage the Change Control Governance process for the system.
-
Monitor performance of system users identifies problems and discrepancies.
-
Create and maintain systems training materials and aids.
-
Clearly communicates with internal and external customers.
Required:
-
GED plus 12+ years equivalent professional related experience or Bachelor’s Degree and
-
8 years of Customer Service Support experience.
-
Human Resources experience (3+ years in operations or systems maintenance)
-
Technical lead or project management experience (3+ years)
-
Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).

Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.

Possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-
Skills in using telephone effectively and exhibiting a pleasant, service-oriented manner.

Comfortable with technology and willing to learn proprietary systems and processes

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to quickly change between tasks that require a high level of attention to detail and accuracy; while remaining organized and focused on highest priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Reads, writes and speaks fluent English

Experience in conducting training using remote technologies.
